Oklahoma City post office robbery suspect surrenders
A man accused of robbing the downtown post office on Christmas Eve surrendered to federal authorities, a postal inspector said Tuesday.
Ronald Dean Dugan, 62, was arrested on a federal complaint of robbery of a post office, said Charlie Thigpen, Oklahoma postal inspector team leader. Dugan was arraigned Tuesday in Oklahoma City federal court.
