Mike Hessman hit a pair of home runs as the RedHawks finished off a four-game sweep in front of 8,940 fans at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark on Tuesday afternoon.
All of the RedHawks' runs came on home runs, with Hessman driving in five with his two shots.
Scott Moore and Brad Snyder led off innings with solo home runs.
Moore's home run tied the game 4-4 in the fourth, and Snyder's put the RedHawks ahead for good in the sixth.
The RedHawks staked Sergio Perez to a 3-0 lead after Hessman's first home run, but the Padres took the lead with three third-inning runs, two on a bases-loaded single by Henryetta's Sawyer Carroll.
The game is the only one in the RedHawks' current five-game winning streak that was not decided by one run.
Jose Valdez pitched a perfect ninth for his eighth save in eight chances.
PAREDES KEEPS UP TEAR
RedHawks second baseman Jimmy Paredes was 2 for 4 Tuesday to keep up his hot series against Tucson pitching.
Paredes finished the series 10 of 17, capping it off with a team-high 12th multi-hit game.
The hot start comes after a 1 for 19 cold stretch over his previous five games.
He raised his average to .307 with Tuesday's performance.
