OKC RedHawks fall at Round Rock

Bryan Petersen drove in three runs, and Kensuke Tanaka homered as the Round Rock Express defeated the Oklahoma City RedHawks 7-4 at Dell Diamond in Round Rock, Texas, on Saturday night.

Jon Singleton hit a two-run home run, and Carlos Perez added a solo shot for the RedHawks.

OKC starter Nick Tropeano (0-1) allowed five hits and four runs in 31/3 innings. Former Oklahoma State pitcher Scott Baker started for the Express and got the win, allowing two hits and a run in six innings of work with seven strikeouts.

The series continues at 1:05 p.m. Sunday. David Martinez is the scheduled starter for OKC.
