After starting the series with an 11-game win streak at home, the Oklahoma City RedHawks have lost three straight. The Salt Lake City Bees again defeated Oklahoma City, 3-2 on Monday night, before 3,290 fans at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark.

RedHawks leadoff man Jonathan Villar had three hits, falling a home run short of the cycle. ... The RedHawks' first-three batters are hitting .300 or better. ... Austin Wates, who joined OKC over the weekend from Double-A Corpus Christi, had two stolen bases. Oklahoma City leads the Pacific Coast League in steals. ... Brett Wallace had two hits and both RedHawks RBIs.
ON THE MOUND
Matt Shoemaker pitched a solid game for Salt Lake City. He allowed a run on five hits and three walks. Shoemaker struck out five in six innings. ... Mitch Stetter notched his third save of the season. ... Brad Peacock lost his first game of the season for OKC, although he threw a decent game. He gave up two runs on four hits and a walk in five innings. Peacock struck out nine. Reliever Eric Berger struck out four in three innings.
The RedHawks' Brett Oberholtzer was named PCL Pitcher of the Week on Monday. He was honored for Friday's game against Tacoma, when he allowed just one hit in 52/3 innings. Oberholtzer blanked the Rainiers on nine strikeouts and two walks. ... Former RedHawks catcher Max Ramirez was named Player of the Week. Ramirez, who now plays for the Omaha Storm Chasers, batted .500 over six games. He hit three homers, scored eight runs and totaled eight RBIs.
Oklahoma City (22-15) and Salt Lake City (19-20) close the series with an 11:05 a.m. game Tuesday at the Brick. OKC will have Wednesday off, then it begins a 12-game road trip through Sacramento, Fresno and Iowa.
