NBA players have surpassed the 3,000-minute mark in the regular season nearly 100 times the last seven seasons.
And not one of them has won an NBA title that season, according to an ESPN.com report.
A 3,000-minute regular season translates to averaging 37 minutes without missing a game in an 82-game season. Oklahoma City's Kevin Durant (39.6 minutes) is on pace to do that this season, and Russell Westbrook (36.4) is close.
