Harvey Watson missed out on purchasing two Cavs tickets but was pleased tickets for other high profile teams were available.

Approximately 1,500 individual game tickets for the Thunder’s first 23 home games went on sale Tuesday. Fans were limited to four tickets per game.
"Everyone wants to see LeBron (James) but we got tickets for Houston, Orlando and Phoenix,” said Watson, a Midwest City resident. "You take what you can get. It’s just like the Sooners. You get in line and wait for whatever tickets become available.”
Around 13,000 single-game tickets — about 40 percent — were sold Tuesday. The Celtics, Cavaliers, Hornets, Suns, and the season opener against Milwaukee, were the hottest tickets. Only limited single seats remain available for those six games.
Some tickets were pre-sold on Monday to select-a-seat applicants who were placed on a season ticket waiting list. Most seats are in the upper level ($10 to $35 price range) but a limited number of lower bowl seats are available.
"You’d like to get a little closer but $10 tickets are a great price,” said Paul Smith, of Yukon. "I’m just glad I got some tickets. My wife wanted to see Yao Ming so we’re happy.”
The remaining 19,000 single-game tickets for games through Jan. 18 can be purchased at the Ford Center box office during business hours, by calling 1-800-4NBA-TIX or online 24 hours a day at thunder.nba.com.
Approximately 100 people waited outside the Ford Center Tuesday morning. Similar to concerts, the Ford Center used a lottery system to determine which person was first in line.
"When I got here it was packed,” said Darrell Dowell, of Oklahoma City. "I expected tickets to go fast. I’m hoping to get Lakers tickets when they go on sale.”
Single game tickets for the Thunder’s final 19 regular-season games will go on sale sometime in December.
