Alpough allegedly then exited the vehicle and pushed Cotton, stating, “That's my cousin.” Cotton's brother, Ja'Keenan Cotton, reportedly got out of his vehicle after seeing his sister being pushed. That's when Perkins allegedly punched him in the head, causing him to fall to the ground. The report says Perkins then punched Miketta Cotton in the face with a closed fist, also causing her to fall down.

Another woman was allegedly struck in the throat by Alpough's elbow, which reportedly knocked her unconscious. All three victims claimed a group of people then kicked them repeatedly while they were laying on the ground, according to the report.

This is the second time Perkins has had a run-in with the law during his time with the Thunder. He also was arrested in his hometown of Beaumont, Texas in August 2011 on complaints of public intoxication and disorderly conduct. He was released after posting a $150 bond, and the misdemeanor charges were later dropped.
