OKC Thunder: Kevin Durant to play against 76ers

by Anthony Slater Published: January 25, 2014

— After missing Friday night's game in Boston, forward Kevin Durant will return to the Thunder lineup on Saturday night against the 76ers.

Durant was considered a game-time decision, but after going through some pregame court work, he conferred with team doctors and decided his right shoulder felt good enough to go.

Despite missing Friday's game, Durant is in the midst of one of the best stretches of his career. He has scored 30-plus points in a career-high nine straight games, a streak he will try to keep alive against the Sixers.
