Williams made 5-of-8 shots and got six of his game-high nine rebounds on the offensive end in his 17 minutes of work.

“Latavious is a great offensive rebounder,” said Thunder summer league coach Mark Bryant. “He just has to keep maintaining it. Every time he gets in, go to the offensive glass. He played well coming off the bench. I think if he sticks with it he's going to be fine. He's a very active big. He has a knack for getting to the offensive boards, and he finishes pretty good around the rim.”

Williams, who became the first player to go straight from high school to the NBA D-League, was a second-round pick in 2010 but has yet to play in the NBA. The Thunder owns his draft rights after a draft-night trade in 2010. Williams played with the Tulsa 66ers and in Spain the past two seasons, but there is no timetable for when he will join the Thunder.

Hasheem Thabeet is expected to sign his multiyear contract with the Thunder on Wednesday. … Reggie Jackson was whistled for a technical foul with 3:24 remaining in Tuesday's game when he shoved Pacers guard Lance Stephenson. The two were playing physically and jawing throughout the game. … Cole Aldrich scored five points with six rebounds Tuesday but had seven fouls. Summer league rules prohibit players from fouling out. … After dishing out just four assists Monday, the Thunder had 10 assists Tuesday.
