OKC Thunder notebook: Rookie Reggie Jackson shipped to Tulsa 66ers

*Love and teammate J.J. Barea (25 points, 14 assists and 10 rebounds) became only the second tandem in NBA history to score 50-plus and have a triple-double and still lose the game, joining Wilt Chamberlain and Guy Rodgers of the 1962-63 Philadelphia Warriors.

*Barea recorded his first career triple-double, which also was a first for an NBA player born in Latin America.

TIP-INS

The Thunder is 8-5 in March. Last season, it went 14-2. … OKC is 4-0 on Sundays, with upcoming back-to-back games against the two best teams in Miami and Chicago. … A James dunk from Saturday afternoon's light practice at The Peake was posted on YouTube. … OKC's 36-12 record is tied for the second-best start in franchise history behind the 37-11 start by the 1997-98 Seattle SuperSonics. … The Thunder is 3-0 in overtime games this season. Last year they went 8-2 and become only the fifth team in NBA history to win eight OT games in a season. … OKC is 11-1 after a loss this season and 31-7 after a loss the last two seasons.

UP NEXT

After Sunday's contest against Miami, the Thunder plays at Portland at 9 p.m. Tuesday and at the Los Angeles Lakers at 9:30 p.m. Thursday before returning home for a game against Chicago next Sunday at noon.
