OKC Thunder notebook: Russell Westbrook gets a night off to rest

Team officials said nothing is wrong with Westbrook's surgically repaired knee. But by sitting out Sunday's game, Westbrook will have had five days of rest when the Thunder hosts San Antonio on Wednesday night.
