LAMB GETS MEANINGFUL MINUTES
A familiar face unexpectedly returned to the rotation Thursday.
It was shooting guard Jeremy Lamb.
Lamb started the second quarter and scored eight of his 10 points in the frame while playing the period’s entire 12 minutes. Lamb finished 4-for-10 from the floor and added three rebounds and two assists in 26 minutes.
It was the most minutes Lamb has played since Feb. 11 at Portland. It also marked Lamb’s first double-digit scoring game since Feb. 13 at the Los Angeles Lakers, snapping a 12-game streak of Lamb scoring fewer than 10 points.
Lamb, Jackson and rookie center Steven Adams are the only players who have appeared in every game this season for the Thunder.
