Thunder forward Jeff Green will not play in tonight's 8:30 game against Portland inside Oklahoma City Arena and for the third straight time will be replaced by Serge Ibaka.

Green sprained his left ankle last Saturday and has not practiced or played since. He remains questionable for Sunday night's home game against San Antonio.

Also inactive for the Thunder tonight will be power forward Nick Collison (lower leg stress reaction) and guard Royal Ivey.

Guard Brandon Roy is expected to start for the Trail Blazers. After a 100-78 victory over Detroit on Tuesday, Roy said swelling in his left knee has become more consistent.

He scored a season-low eight points in a 121-96 road loss to the Los Angeles Lakers on Sunday and played a season-low 21 minutes against the Pistons. Roy left in the first quarter and had his right knee wrapped with a heating pad before returning midway through the second quarter with a black sleeve on his left calf.
