Okla. Supreme Court: Tax amnesty program can proceed

A $30 million state tax amnesty program will begin Monday as planned.

The Oklahoma Supreme Court today rejected an attorney's lawsuit that claimed the amnesty program violates the Oklahoma Constitution.

The court issued a brief order denying Oklahoma City attorney Jerry Fent 's request to stop the amnesty program from beginning Monday.
