STATE ACCIDENTS CLAIM 2 LIVES

A Pryor man died in a crash late Friday in Tulsa, and the identity of a bicyclist killed in a Thursday accident in Edmond was released on Saturday.

Thomas Forgione, 19, Pryor

About 11:45 p.m. Friday, Forgione was driving a motorcycle east on Interstate 244 west of

Memorial Drive in Tulsa when he changed lanes and collided with a car driven by Nadia Rafiuddin, 29, of Tulsa, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol

reported. Forgione died at the scene. Rafiuddin was not injured, troopers said.

Kelly Anderson, 55, Edmond

Anderson was killed when he lost control of his bicycle Thursday on Kelly Avenue near Main Street in Edmond. Anderson was hit by a truck and died at the scene.
