University of Oklahoma athletic director Joe Castiglione was paid a pretty penny for the OU women's gymnastics team having a successful season.

Bloomberg Businessweek reports that Castiglione received $30,000 in bonuses tied to the program's success this season. The program lost more than $1.5 million dollars last year.

Castiglione's contract calls for bonuses of $10,000 for the Big 12 title and $20,000 for an NCAA championship in gymnastics. He also received bonuses totaling $35,000 for the men's gymnastics team's conference title and the postseason participation of the women's basketball team.
