Do they still have a shot?

That's the question Oklahoma fans — deep down in the heart of their Sooner souls — want to ask. Can the Sooners, somehow, some way, still get into the BCS national title game? The answer is yes, with lots of help today. Here's what would need to happen:

•Oklahoma would need to beat Missouri;

Pitt would need to beat West Virginia;

Boston College would need to beat Virginia Tech;

Tennessee would need to beat LSU;

UCLA would need to beat USC;

poll voters discount Georgia and Kansas because neither won its conference;

If that, OU would be the next team in line to play Ohio State for the national championship.
