Stacy Leigh Belt, 32, confessed to burying an infant in August, said Mike Eason, an investigator with the Delaware and Ottawa counties Drug and Violent Crime Task Force.
“The infant is believed to be between 12 and 18 weeks,” Eason said.
Belt's address is listed as Watts, but authorities said she lives in West Siloam Springs. Watts is located five miles south of West Siloam Springs.
Belt's three other children were taken into protective custody, Eason said.
