Larri Sue Jones filed her lawsuit Friday in Oklahoma County District Court. She wrote in the lawsuit that she has information "that the transaction with the Green family is going forward."

She wrote that "there is the distinct possibility" Feed The Children could be moved out of Oklahoma to the Missouri headquarters of another organization, Convoy of Hope. She wrote she was informed the president of Convoy of Hope will become the new president of Feed The Children.

Rick England, chairman of Feed The Children's board of directors, said Monday the board "had some very preliminary talks with the Green family, but has decided not to pursue further discussions at this time."

"Feed The Children is on solid financial footing and is moving forward. We continue to fulfill our mission of helping children and families across the United States and around the world," he said.

Mart Green said Monday, "Nothing has changed. We are not pursuing a relationship."

Larri Sue Jones made $167,520 a year, according to the charity's records. She is asking in her lawsuit for a monetary judgment against the charity for "economic loss, mental anguish and emotional distress, anxiety, humiliation, embarrassment, injury to her professional reputation and loss of enjoyment of life."

She and her father have been at odds. She said in her lawsuit she has done everything in her positions at the charity to restore integrity and trust to the organization.

She said she began working at the charity in June 1982.
