In 2 minutes, 10 seconds, Clyburn scored 10 straight points.

The Cyclone guard's run began at the 5:29 mark, when he sank two free throws after Oklahoma's Andrew Fitzgerald fouled him. That brought Iowa State within five, 60-55.

Then, at 4:44, Clyburn scored a layup off the right side. Then, 33 seconds later, Cylburn drained a 3-pointer from the left side of the arc to tie the game at 60-all.

With 3:19 left, Clyburn made a basket and drew a foul from OU's Romero Osby for the and-one. Clyburn made all three and gave Iowa State it's first lead of the day at 63-62.

“Just in the flow of the game,” said Clyburn, a 6-foot-7 senior. “It's all about just me growing as a person. Earlier in the season, I had a tendency of going to my shell when things weren't going right.”

 CLARK AIDS OFF THE BENCH

If junior reserve Cameron Clark wasn't hitting the jumper, he was at the free throw line draining a shot.

After going 2-of-4 in the first half, Clark finished the game 5-of-7 from the floor and 7-of-7 from the charity stripe. He collected 17 points for OU, one-less than leading scorer Romero Osby. Clark added four rebounds and three steals.

“Cam had a good stretch,” Oklahoma coach Lon Kruger said. “Gave us a good lift, as Roe did earlier. But you've just gotta do things to try to keep your guys that are making plays involved a bit more.”
