PLEDGER AND FRANSCHILLA ATTENDED COLLEGE GAMEDAY

Senior Steven Pledger and sophomore James Franschilla laughed from behind-the-scenes as Lee Corso fired a shotgun during ESPN's College GameDay.

GameDay was in Norman for the Notre Dame-OU football game on Saturday.

“It was fun,” Pledger said. “Something different. Of course, the picks were definitely funny and the Halloween thing they did with everyone who was dressed up.”

At the end of the show, Pledger and Franschilla got their photo taken with the GameDay crew.

HIELD TALKS ABOUT BLAKE GRIFFIN'S DUNK

Less than two months after Blake Griffin went through arthroscopic surgery on his left knee, he was back to dunking. His first victim of the season was Oklahoma freshman Buddy Hield back in September.

“That turned into a big thing,” Hield said. “You can't stop anybody like Blake Griffin.”

And Hield didn't. The 6-foot-4 guard said he just let the former Sooners star run.

“When I saw him rise up, I was like, ‘Nope,'” Hield said. “Not gonna block that.”
