Oklahoma City street crews will undergo snow and ice removal training from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Tuesday. Crews will practice operating the city snow plows, salt brine sprayers and driving the city’s downtown snow routes. The snow plow training will take place at SW 15 and Miller. Crews will train using the salt brine sprayer on bridge routes. The salt brine sprayer is a new system that allows crews to pre-treat bridges with saltwater brine before ice forms.
