Man charged in accident
Brandon Lance Dunn, 34, of Chickasha, surrendered Tuesday to face a charge of vehicular manslaughter. He’s accused of driving an off-road vehicle on a rural Grady County road while intoxicated and causing the death of his passenger, Joshua Ryan Watkins, 25, in October. A preliminary hearing is scheduled April 1.

Two escapees remain free
Two men who escaped from the James Crabtree Correctional Center in northwest Oklahoma remain on the loose. Daniel A. Kelly, 44, and Ronnie Ray White, 48, were reported missing Sunday after an inmate count at 8:30 p.m., said Jerry Massie, spokesman for the state Corrections Department. Massie said the men are believed to have fled in a 2008 GMC flatbed truck that belonged to the prison’s Agriservices Division. Anyone with information about the two men should call local law enforcement.
