TeamLogic IT wins franchise award

The Oklahoma City office of TeamLogic IT has been recognized as the company’s franchise of the month for April. The franchise owned by Davis Merrey has been honored for its significant growth in managed information technology services offerings. “The Oklahoma City team has worked hard at creating a culture to serve their customers’ goals and objectives while also providing real value through managed IT services and other computer systems support,” TeamLogic President Chuck Lennon said. “Their philosophy is to couple technical excellence with outstanding customer service, turning clients into real fans of TeamLogic IT services.”

Access Midstream plans distribution

Access Midstream Partners LP will pay a cash distribution of 57.5 cents a unit for the first quarter. That is a 23 percent increase from the distribution paid for the first quarter of 2013. Access also will pay the equivalent of 57.5 cents a unit to holders of its Class B units, who will be paid in additional Class B units. The distributions will be paid May 15.
