Heart hospital receives praise
The Oklahoma Heart Hospital has been recognized for the seventh year for a customer satisfaction award. The hospital, which has branches in south Oklahoma City and northwest Oklahoma City, received the 2012 Press Ganey Summit Award. “At Oklahoma Heart Hospital, our commitment to our patients and their families is at the very core of our culture,” said Dr. John Harvey, CEO and organization president. “That commitment is seen in our nursing staffing ratios, the close proximity of our cardiovascular specialists and even the design of our facilities.” As well as the two hospitals, the company includes Oklahoma Heart Hospital Physicians, a physicians' group with more than 60 doctors in 50 Oklahoma clinics.
