RCB Bank to host open houses

RCB Bank is hosting open houses to celebrate the opening of three new branches in Edmond. “We're happy to announce that we now offer our Edmond customers four times the convenience for their banking needs,” RBC Bank Edmond President Jim Gray said. “We're looking forward to meeting new faces and extending our small town, friendly customer service experience and rewarding banking products.” The bank will host open houses at each of its branches from July 16 to July 19, with free lunch and family fun. First will be the location at 855 W Covell, followed by 16461 N Pennsylvania, 3600 S Boulevard and 900 W Edmond Road. The open houses will be from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Retirement planning firm merges

Retirement LLC has agreed to merge with third-party administrator I AM Inc., of Traverse City, Mich. The transaction closed last month. I AM Inc. is a retirement plan consulting organization advising and assisting companies with qualified retirement planning. Robert Krypel, CEO of Retirement LLC, said the addition will allow his firm to expand its market. Retirement LLC is an independent third-party administration firm and record keeper for tax-qualified retirement plans. The firm operates from offices in Oklahoma City with its corporate headquarters in Northbrook, Ill.
