OSU online food label class set

Oklahoma State University’s Robert M. Kerr Food & Agricultural Products Center is offering one of its food labeling courses online. The workshop provides participants information on mandatory Food and Drug Administration food labeling regulations and other related subjects to the regulated industry, particularly small businesses and startups. “This workshop will provide the necessary information and tools that will allow food companies to understand the criteria that needs to be used in proper product labeling,” said Andrea Graves, the center’s business planning and marketing specialist. American Energy to offer notes

American Energy-Permian Basin LLC said Tuesday it plans to offer $1.4 billion of senior unsecured notes, in three series due in 2019, 2020, and 2021, in an unregistered offering to institutional investors. The subsidiary of Oklahoma City-based American Energy Partners LP said it will use the proceeds from the offering to pay its proposed purchase of Permian Basin assets from Enduring Resources II LLC, and for general corporate purposes.
