Technology firm builds new HQ
Phase 2 Interactive has built a new corporate headquarters at 3324 NW 135. The Oklahoma City technology firm has been at the Perimeter Technology Center for the past 15 years. The new corporate headquarters is designed to accommodate the firm's expansion from web development to large-scale software solutions for the oil and gas industry, the company said. “Our new offices represent a milestone for our company,” CEO Mark Towler said. “We're excited to evolve our brand and provide employees a working environment that is highly professional yet tech-savvy and fun.”
OGE directors approve dividend
OGE Energy Corp. directors on Wednesday approved a fourth-quarter dividend of $0.20875 per common share of stock, to be paid Oct. 30 to shareholders of record as of Oct. 10. The dividend amount remained unchanged from the previous quarter and is reflective of the post-stock split price, which became effective July 1.
Osage Casinos to expand, hire
PONCA CITY — Osage Casinos said Wednesday it will hire more than 200 people next month as it expands its casinos in Skiatook and Ponca City. The casino has scheduled job fairs for Oct. 5 in Skiatook and Oct. 11 in Ponca City. Osage Nation operates seven casinos in Oklahoma and is adding full-service hotel facilities in the two cities. The Ponca City expansion is expected to open Dec. 23 and will include a 48-room hotel and boost the existing building from to nearly 90,000 square feet, up from 6,000 square feet. The Skiatook expansion will add a 33-room hotel with a restaurant, swimming pool and convention space.
