ONEOK prices senior note sale

ONEOK Partners LP on Monday announced it has priced an offering of $1.3 billion in senior notes. The partnership is selling $400 million in five-year notes and $900 million in 10-year senior notes. Proceeds will be used to repay debt and for general partnership purposes.

GMX Resources to pay dividend

GMX Resources Inc. will pay a regular quarterly dividend of 57.8125 cents a share to holders of its preferred stock, the company announced Monday. GMX has more than 3.1 million shares of outstanding preferred stock.

OG&E to present resources plan

Oklahoma Gas and Electric Co. will present its long-term integrated resources plan for generation, fuel and environmental compliance during an open meeting Tuesday at the Oklahoma Corporation Commission. The meeting will begin at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday in Room 301 of the Jim Thorpe Building, 2101 N Lincoln Blvd., Oklahoma City.
