Oklahoma Policy Institute has hired Tiece Dempsey as a health policy analyst.

Tinker Federal Credit Union has promoted Patrick Yager to the newly created position of executive vice president/chief risk officer. Yager will oversee development and execution of an enterprise risk management program that will monitor traditional and nontraditional areas of risk across all lines of the credit union's business and support functions.

The Oklahoma City All Sports Association has named Sean Maguire as its director of communications and marketing. Maguire will serve as the primary media contact for the organization and assist with the coordination and marketing of All Sports' events.

Conner & Winters LLP has named Justin L. Pybas as a partner at the law firm. Pybas, who works in the firm's Oklahoma City office, represents financial institutions and corporate clients in commercial lending, real estate, general corporate and business transactional matters.

Stand for Children Oklahoma has hired Brian Hunt as executive director. Hunt is leading the group's efforts to engage parents in driving positive change for their children and their educational success. Also joining the group is Amber England, who will serve as government affairs director.
