Michelle Peery has been named Director of Administration for Smart Lines LLC, a third-party logistics company. Peery will manage accounting, financing, human resources and IT.

Oklahoma City law firm Phillips Murrah has named Catherine L. Campbell, Jason A. Dunn, G. Calvin Sharpe and Kathryn D. Terry as shareholders. Campbell specializes in appellate practice in both state and federal courts of appeal. Dunn's practice primarily is focused on defending clients in complex commercial litigation. Sharpe is a trial attorney who specializes in medical malpractice and catastrophic personal injury defense. Terry's primary areas of practice are insurance coverage, labor and employment and civil rights defense.

Guernsey has hired Anamari Holcomb and Ryan Henderson. Holcomb, who previously worked with the state Department of Environmental Quality, will be an environmental programs specialist, Henderson previously worked with Smith Roberts Baldishweiler in Oklahoma City and Engineering Solutions in Edmond.

Enviro Clean Products & Services has promoted Chris Dunn to chief operating officer; Tina Ediger to human resources manager; Tiffany Lindley to environmental, health and safety coordinator; Terri Gilpin to spill prevention, control and countermeasure manager; and Jonathan Behymer to chief marketing officer. The company also hired Clint Croasdale as a sales consultant.

Quail Creek Bank, of Oklahoma City has promoted Carole Davis Johnson to credit officer. Johnson has been with the bank since 2001.
