Federal funding

At stake: House Bill 1917 would require every state agency that receives federal funding to report and prioritize it as well as to develop a contingency plan in preparation for a 25 percent reduction in federal funds.

What's next: Goes to the Senate.

Feral hogs

At stake: House Bill 1920 would allow aerial hunting of feral hogs.

What happened: Passed the House 88-4.

What's next: Goes to the Senate.
