Human trafficking

At stake: House Bill 1058 would allow those kidnapped and forced into human sex trafficking who have had a charge or conviction of prostitution filed against them to have their record expunged from law enforcement and court records.

What happened: Passed the House 99-0.

What's next: Goes to the Senate.
