Man accused

of voyeurism

A man jailed on a peeping Tom complaint is accused of taking videos up a woman's skirt with his cellphone at a Target store. Officers detained the man about 3:10 p.m. Saturday outside the store at 13924 N Pennsylvania Ave. The man allowed police to look at his cellphone, which contained several videos of women shopping in the store, focusing on the customers' buttocks. One video was shot up a woman's dress, police said. Mario Ferrer, 23, of Moore, was arrested in connection with the incident. Ferrer posted $500 bail Sunday, an Oklahoma County jail official said. A call to Ferrer was not returned Monday.
