Post-Easter egg hunt set

Grace Living Center, NW 10, invites the community to an after-Easter event at 5 p.m. Thursday. Offerings include a moon bounce, prizes, a station to tie-dye shirts and the big Easter egg hunt with thousands of eggs waiting to be found.

Help needed for festival

— Dreamer Concepts has issued a call for volunteers to help with the seventh annual Norman Music Festival, which opens Thursday and continues through April 26.

Volunteers can sign up to assist with the Dreamer Concepts stage at 324 E Main St. and to perform such tasks as passing out armbands, providing security and manning the bar.

Take aim

for miracles

— The third annual Kiwanis Aiming for Miracles will be at SilverLeaf Shotgun Sports in Guthrie at noon Friday.

Proceeds will benefit the Oklahoma Kiwanis Club’s efforts to combat pediatric diabetes, and also the Children’s Miracle Network Hospital.

Five-person teams donate $600 for 100 sporting clays per shooter. They also get ammo, safety eye protection, a mandatory safety meeting and lunch.

Individual shooters pay $150.

There also will be a silent auction and raffle.
