‘Coffee with a Cop’ planned

The Norman Police Department will host “Coffee with a Cop” from 7 to 9 a.m. July 14 at Michelangelo’s, 207 E Main St. “Coffee with a Cop” provides an informal, neutral space where residents can meet and discuss community or neighborhood issues with police officers. The informal meeting is held the second Monday of the month at various locations. For more information, call 366-5300 or email coffeewithacop@normanok.gov.

How to overcome regrets and make peace with the past will be explored at Lifetree Cafe at 6:30 p.m. July 16.

The program, “If Only: Living With Regret,” offers practical steps to move past regrets and live happier, healthier lives.

Admission to the hourlong event is free.

Snacks and beverages are available. Lifetree Cafe is at Wickline United Methodist Church, 417 Mid America Blvd.
