• Randy Moeder leased 621 square feet of office space at 5909 Northwest Expressway. Kriegel handled the transaction.

CB Richard Ellis-Oklahoma reports the following transactions:

• Gupta Family Holdings LLC paid $3.2 million to Keller Property Investment LLC for Brighton Place Apartments, 7000 S Walker. The 158-unit, 118,600-square-foot property was built in 1975. Eva Wills, William Forrest and David Forrest with CB Richard Ellis-Oklahoma handled the sale. Jackie Hatton of Oklahoma City Abstract & Title Co. closed the transaction.

• Billy Sims Barbecue leased 2,500 square feet of space in Mustang Shopping Center, 1001 E State Highway 152 in Mustang from Mustang Retail Center LLC. Stuart Graham, Ryan Storer and Mark W. Inman with CB Richard Ellis-Oklahoma handled the lease.

• Herbalife leased 1,200 square feet of space in Highland Park Shopping Center, 1201 NW 178, from Highland Park Retail Center LLC. Storer, Graham and Inman handled the lease.
