Oklahoma City bank robbed twice in one week
Two armed men robbed a Bank of Oklahoma, 4324 SE 44, Thursday morning in Oklahoma City, the FBI reported. The bank also was robbed Jan. 18.
The Bank of Oklahoma at 4324 SE 44 was robbed Thursday morning by two armed men, marking the second time in a week the bank was targeted, the FBI reports.
The robbers entered the bank about 9:25 a.m. with weapons drawn and yelled at the tellers to “put your hands up and give me the money,” the FBI reports.
The tellers put money in white plastic shopping bags being held by the robbers, who were last seen going eastbound on SE 44 in a stolen, white four-door Honda that was found near the bank, according to the report.
No one was injured in the robbery.
The robbers are described as:
A black male, in his early to mid-20s, standing 6 feet 1 inch tall, weighing 150 to 160 pounds, with a thin build. He was last seen wearing a dark hooded jacket, a bandanna covering the lower part of his face, and light colored sweatpants. He was carrying a dark-colored revolver.
A black male, standing 5 feet 11 inches to 6 feet tall, weighing about 200 pounds, with a stocky build. He was last seen wearing a black hooded jacket, a bandanna covering the lower part of his face, and dark colored pants. He was carrying a dark-colored semi-automatic handgun.
