The Edmonton Journal reported that defenseman Brandon Davidson might not return to the Oklahoma City lineup until February. Davidson has started a three-week chemotherapy program for testicular cancer.
“That treatment is going to knock the (energy) out of him, then he'll need rehab to get his strength back,” Barons coach Todd Nelson told the Journal. “The earliest we can look for him is the end of January, but who knows? We'll have to monitor Brandon with our training staff and Edmonton will have some influence, too.”

Oklahoma City returns to the Cox Convention Center at 7 p.m. Friday against a struggling San Antonio Rampage club. Tickets are available at the Cox Center box office.
