Veteran forward Tyler Pitlick, who had been sidelined several weeks with an undisclosed injury, played in his first game since April 12 with the Edmonton Oilers and April 13 with the Barons.
Sidelined the past 15 games by a shoulder injury, forward Mark Arcobello remains questionable for the remainder of the series. The Barons’ all-time leading scorer, Arcobello has scored in all 15 games (28 points total) since he was re-assigned to Oklahoma City on Feb. 2 but hasn’t played in five week.
TWO LINEUP CHANGES
With Steve Pinizzotto suspended one game for abuse of officials in Game 1, Barons coach Todd Nelson made a couple of small tweaks to his forward lines from Game 1.
Pitlick joined Roman Horak and Anton Lander on the No. 1 line. Ben Eager took Pinizzotto’s spot on the Curtis Hamilton and Will Acton line. The other two lines remained the same (Andrew Miller matched with C.J. Stretch and and Austin Fyten). The fourth line again featured Jack Combs, Travis Ewanyk and Jujhar Khaira.
