Love’s Travel Stops continues to expand its network of compressed natural gas fueling facilities for heavy-duty trucks and passenger vehicles.

The Oklahoma City-based convenience store and truck stop chain celebrated the opening of its newest CNG station Wednesday in Dallas, near the intersection of Interstate 20 and Interstate 35.

Love’s now has six locations with fast-fill CNG fueling for trucks and passenger vehicles, including five in the so-called Texas Triangle.

“The availability of CNG at another travel stop along the Texas Triangle between Dallas, Houston and San Antonio gives professional drivers and leisure travelers more fueling options,” Jenny Love Meyer, vice president of communications at Love’s, said in a news release. “By introducing the fueling alternative at this location and others, travel between these three cities and beyond is feasible using CNG.”

Love’s plans to introduce CNG at three more Texas Triangle locations in the coming months, as it builds out its network to meet customer demand.
