Oklahoma City church reenacts crucifixion

Cherokee Hills Christian Church had people from their church take turns demonstrating the crucifixion to symbolize the solemn events of Good Friday.

“The looks that you’ll get, people will stop and take pictures, people will yell things at you that you wouldn’t repeat to your mother,” the pastor of the church said.

“People will give you looks of shock, it’s humiliating and humbling at times and it’s painful to have your arms in that position for 30 minutes but it lets you experience what Jesus went through as well.”
