Three filed for the Ward 1 seat on the Oklahoma City Council: James Greiner, incumbent Gary Marrs and Carolyn S. Sims.
Seven filed for the Ward 7 seat on the council: John E. Bilbury III, Lillie R. Buckner, Randon Gibson, incumbent Ronald “Skip” Kelly, John A Pettis Jr., Ben T. Robinson and Star Young.
Other races to watch include sales tax propositions in Enid and Newkirk and bond issues at Cushing and Kremlin-Hillsdale school districts.
