An Oklahoma City home day care is under investigation after four children said they were molested by an owner, according to a police report released Tuesday.
Carol Anne Jumper, a state Department of Human Services case worker, reported the allegations to police Friday. The day care is operated by a married couple, whose names were not released. Police have not made any arrests in the case.
Two of the alleged victims' foster parents alerted DHS on June 10 that the husband had touched the children inappropriately. Both children said they were tickled, spanked and bitten, according to the report.
About 10 children attend the day care, which operates seven days a week, the report states.
Jumper told police she had begun interviewing the children. Two other children told her the husband also touched them inappropriately, including kissing them, according to the report.
Jumper told police she asked the couple to voluntarily close the day care until the investigation is complete, but they declined.
