An Oklahoma City doctor has been charged with two sex crimes after reportedly touching two patients inappropriately during exams.

John A. Fuller, 60, was charged Wednesday with sexual battery and first-degree rape by instrumentation in Oklahoma County District Court.

The investigation began when a 48-year-old woman called police to report that Fuller had touched her inappropriately, according to the probable cause affidavit.

The incident occurred during a pain management appointment in July 2013 at the Oklahoma Pain Center, 5101 W Memorial Road, the affidavit states.

Fuller specialized in pain management and gynecology, according to state medical board records.

He has no history of disciplinary actions, records show.

But the board has received six complaints from former patients and co-workers of Fuller’s, dating back to 2001, according to the probable cause affidavit.

Fuller had not been booked into the Oklahoma County jail as of late Wednesday afternoon, jailers said.
