Oklahoma City driver faces trial in crash death
An Oklahoma City man was ordered Monday to stand trial on a first-degree manslaughter charge in a fatal traffic accident in July.
Kenneth Lee Russell , 51, was under the influence of prescription drugs July 24 when he crashed — nearly head-on — into another vehicle near NW 63 and MacArthur, officials said.
A witness said John Ira Cary, 86, couldn’t do anything to avoid the collision.
