Oklahoma City Energy FC played Harrisburg to a 3-3 draw on Wednesday night in Harrisburg, Pa.
Energy FC dug itself out of a 2-0 hole early in the first half after allowing Harrisburg’s Matt Bahner and Pedro Ribeiro to score. Dan Delgado got Energy FC on the board in the 37th minute and Kyle Greig equalized a minute later.
Greig got his second goal, and team-leading sixth of the season, in the 44th minute and Energy FC took a 3-2 lead to the locker room.
Ribeiro got a shot past Energy FC goalkeeper Samir Badr in the 84th minute to tie the game up and after three minutes of stoppage time, the game finished 3-3.
Energy FC (6-8-5) travels to Dayton next for a 6:30 match Saturday night to finish up its short road trip.
Oklahoma City managed nine shots on the night, its first trip to Harrisburg. But Nicholas Noble, who is in his fourth year as the regular goalkeeper for the City Islanders, made five saves. Harrisburg took 16 shots on the night. Badr finished with two saves.
