Gina Hinkle, who turned 33 the day after the Saturday birthday party, was arrested on complaints of burglary, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and trespassing, according to a police report. Her daughter was arrested on an assault and battery complaint, but her name was not released because she is a minor.

Hinkle was booked into the Oklahoma County jail and later released on bail. Her daughter was cited and released to a relative.

Hinkle and her daughter were not invited to the party in the 10900 block of NW 116, the report states. The parents told officers they've had repeated problems with Hinkle and had moved to a different house in the neighborhood because of the ongoing issues.
