Rainey Williams, who is preparing to build a high-rise tower on the Stage Center site is no stranger to development. His prior real estate projects include the purchase and redevelopment of BOK Plaza downtown, and northwest office properties Grand Centre and 3 & 5 Corporate Plaza.

Williams is also an experienced financial and investment adviser, serving as lead independent director of BancFirst Corp., and is on the boards of American Trailer Works and several private companies.

Williams is an adjunct professor in the graduate program at Price College of Business at the University of Oklahoma. He earned a BBA in Finance from Southern Methodist University and a law degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Law.

Williams is former chairman of the YMCA of Greater Oklahoma City and serves as board chairman of the Regional Food Bank Foundation and the Dean A. McGee Eye Institute Foundation.
