Oklahoma City homicide detectives have taken over the investigation into the disappearance of a Piedmont teenager who has been missing for a month.

Anne Hill, 16, was last seen April 11 in the north Oklahoma City/Edmond area. A friend she was with told police she left his house about midnight, but he didn’t know where she was going.

Hill’s car was found April 16 in Edmond. Oklahoma City police served a search warrant April 25 at a condo near Hefner and Meridian.

Police said homicide investigators took over the case about that time, but did not say why. They no longer are treating her disappearance as a missing person case, police said.
